Since joining the IBSAUSA team, Kanan has been driven by a passion for helping bring therapies to patients with unmet needs. She believes in the power of collaboration, leading with curiosity and embracing new opportunities to broaden perspectives and drive meaningful impact.
As Head of Regulatory Affairs, Kanan helps guide cross-functional teams through complex challenges to support compliance and advance therapies for patients with unmet needs.
Navigating Complex Challenges
Kanan works across teams to navigate complex regulatory challenges, drawing on her past experiences in pharmacy school and networking with PharmDs within the industry. Her favorite aspect of IBSA USA is teamwork and spending quality time with her colleagues.

Outside of work, Kanan enjoys traveling, exploring cultures, hiking, solving puzzles, and listening to true crime podcasts. She also spent 13 years tap dancing and was a member of a competitive Bollywood dance team in college.
