Jarrid Spiegel

As IBSA USA’s Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest region, Jarrid Spiegel has focused on cultivating a proactive and future-focused environment for his team, one where each member feels empowered to contribute to the company’s success – and to its mission of making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.  

Jarrid came to IBSA USA in 2021 because he was attracted to its close-knit, entrepreneurial culture. He appreciated how IBSA USA combines a competitive spirit with the supportive, family-like atmosphere of a smaller organization. Jarrid also admired how IBSA USA leaders fostered trust and respect across the organization, listened to individual voices and implemented novel ideas. 

Today, Jarrid leads the Southwest region’s sales team, which covers Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado. His day-to-day responsibilities include working alongside his team members to grow sales, drive business growth overall, and engage with customers to enhance IBSA USA’s market presence. Every day, he focuses on supporting and coaching his team, helping them to refine their skills and to develop new strategies for effectively communicating information about IBSA products. 

Of IBSA’s four core ISBAs’ pillars —Person, Innovation, Quality, and Responsibility—the Person pillar resonates most deeply with Jarrid. He believes that the right team members are essential to establishing customer trust and to bringing IBSA USA’s unique products into patients’ lives. Jarrid consistently demonstrates his commitment to the person pillar through his focus on team development, as he helps his representatives build the skills and confidence they need to convey the Company’s message and mission effectively.

Over the next five to ten years, Jarrid plans to continue supporting the growth and success of his team members.  He also wants to achieve what is, for him, the “ultimate goal”: winning a Veloce Award. These prestigious awards celebrate excellence in sales at IBSA USA. Jarrid looks forward to watching IBSA USA continue to grow and succeed in its overarching mission, and is confident that the Company’s expansion will bring new roles and opportunities for his team members.
